Dry Brut style with lemon, grapefruit and lime, followed by apple and pear with light floral notes. Fresh, simple and mix-friendly. Personal tasting not recorded and this purchase should not be treated as evidence of a personal preference for Prosecco.

Good everyday organic Prosecco for its intended purpose. Bought by Patricia for mixing in a Prosecco-based drink/cocktail; not a signal that Smith wants Prosecco recommendations. Exact mixer still unconfirmed, possibly pomegranate-based.

Wine notes

Technical: Current exact M&S Organic Colle del Principe specification: 85% Glera and 15% other authorised Prosecco grapes, 10.5% ABV, Brut, organic, vegan and vegetarian. This corrects the earlier 100%-Glera assumption. The structured grape field now records Glera directly; the remaining 15% is unspecified by variety.
